Free returns for UK customers: We are currently offering free returns for 30 days on all orders.

Shipping & Returns Policy

Orders:

Every piece of Rove jewellery is handcrafted to order once your payment is received. Please allow us up to 10 working days to make your order. Rest assured, we'll do our utmost to expedite the process. Keep in mind that all our jewellery is meticulously handcrafted in our London studio, and it's shipped directly to your doorstep.

Shipping:

At Rove, we're thrilled to send our creations worldwide. Your jewellery will be delivered with a tracked and signed-for service via Royal Mail. Expect an email confirmation of your order, along with tracking information and a dispatch notification once your treasure is enroute to you.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that Rove cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen shipping delays, lost packages, or incidents post-delivery. Should you encounter any such situations, we kindly request that you take the necessary steps to resolve them.


International Shipping:

For our global customers, please be aware that when ordering from outside the UK, import duties and taxes may apply. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and their amounts may vary. You are responsible for covering any incurred import duties and taxes. Additionally, cross-border shipments may undergo inspection by customs authorities as needed.

Shipping estimates are as follows:

UK Standard: 2-3 working days
- £3.95 on orders below £120

UK Express: Next day - £8 on orders below £120

Free standard shipping on orders over £120

Europe: 3-5 working days £15

Rest of the World: 7-10 working days £25

Returns:

We’re happy to accommodate returns within 30 days of receiving your item. To initiate a return, please complete our return form. It's important to note that initial shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Regrettably, we cannot assume responsibility for items lost or damaged during transit.

Repairs:

Our jewellery is crafted with utmost care, but if you encounter any manufacturing faults, we're here to help. Simply email us an image of your damaged jewellery at hello@rovecreate.com, and we'll discuss potential solutions. Please remember that we cannot accept repairs after 365 days from the original order date.

It's important to mention that manufacturing faults do not include chipped, cracked, or broken gemstones or pearls, as well as general wear and tear, such as items that have been stretched, twisted, or snapped, or show signs of oxidation or fading plating.

As a reminder, initial shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all related return shipping fees. While we strive to ensure safe delivery, we cannot be held accountable for items lost or damaged during transit.
